We aren’t salespeople

We pride ourselves on being a great builder, not a sales team. We will give you a free bid on your project and discuss options to make sure you are informed and getting exactly what you want. We will never “upsell” you, spam your email, or call you multiple times. We are honest and transparent, which brings us to the next reason…

We are all owners

All of us at Heartland Red Construction are owners. We don’t have hourly employees. From beginning to end, your project is handled by owners of the company, so you have peace-of-mind knowing it will be handled properly.

We are licensed and insured

The first question you should always ask a contractor is are you licensed and insured? Make sure they prove it. We’ve heard too many horror stories about contractors with no insurance or not pulling proper permits. After we have looked at your project, we will email a proposal that contains copies of our license and insurance. We want you to be confident that you’ve chosen the right builder for the job.

We are qualified

We take pride in our certifications, business associations, and awards. We are a TimberTech Platinum contractor, a MoistureShield MVP Plus contractor, a Fiberon Partner, and a Regal Ideas DeckStar. We are proud members of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln and the North American Deck and Railing Association. We were awarded with the Guildmaster with Highest Distinction award from GuildQuality.

Showroom

Our showroom houses all of the products we install so you can see them in person. Instead of ordering samples and waiting for them to be shipped, you can visit our showroom and take as many samples as you need! If you’re interested in visiting our showroom, please contact us to schedule a time.

Price lock

Ever been given a price for work and then they add more on to the final bill? It’s not fun. We will never do that. The price you receive in your proposal is the final price unless you make changes along the way.

Experience

We have over 20 years of building experience and 15 years of office/accounting experience. This ensures that your project rolls along without any hiccups. You are given 2 main points of contact (builder and office contact) so that you can have your questions answered by the appropriate person in a timely fashion.
